FALL & WINTER PROGRAMS 2017

Performance Training for Groups & Teams – 2 Day/3 Day/4 Day a week; a schedule to fit your in-season, pre-season or recovery phase.  The comprehensive programs are designed for athletes of all sports.  There is nothing better than working out with you teammates in an environment that fosters individual improvement as well as team bonding.

OFF-SEASON/PRE-SEASON:  The first part of the program is spend on movement; including stretching, activation, active warm-up, linear & lateral speed work, quickness, plyometrics (jumping) and core work.  The second part is dedicated to explosive power using lifts that will increase overall body strength, power and conditioning.

IN-SEASON: The first part of the program is spend on movement; stretching, activation, active warm-up, corrective exercises and active release.  The second part is dedicated to cleaning up movement patterns for high level performance at your sport and activity.

Performance Training Schedule

T-TH Mornings;  6:45 am to 7:30 am

M-T-W-Th Afternoons; 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm

We also offer 1-on-1, small group, teams and our BACK2PLAY program

  • November 29 – December 1, 2017:   911 Tactical Performance Course – POST – Riverside, CA  – Coach Rozy will be in Riverside, CA working with California Police and teaching a 40 hr. training course for police fitness instructors.

 

  • December 4, 2017; 911 Tactical Performance Course – Sioux Falls Fire Fighters – Sioux Falls, SD – Coach Rozy will be in Sioux Falls, SD  working with fire fighters and teaching a 1 Day training course for Sioux Falls Fire Peer Fitness Instructors.

 

  • January 29 – February 2, 2018: 911 Tactical Performance Course – Chicago Fire Fighters – Plainfield, IL  – Coach Rozy will be in Plainfield, IL (Chicago) working with fire fighters and teaching a 40 hr. training course.

 

  • February, 2018 (Exact date TBD): 911 Tactical Performance Course – Cal Fire  – Ione, CA   – Coach Rozy will be in Ione, CA working with fire fighters and teaching a 40 hr. training course.

 

  • May 7 – May 11, 2018:   911 Tactical Performance Course – POST – Riverside, CA  – Coach Rozy will be in Riverside, CA working with California Police and teaching a 40 hr. training course for police fitness instructors.

 

  • May 25 – May 27, 2018:   Live Pain Free- The Right Moves – ASA 2018 Sydney Annual International Conference; Sydney, Australia.  – Coach Rozy will be in Sydney, Australia at the Australian Songraphers Associations Annual International Conference presenting at three sessions.  This years conference theme is “A DIFFERENT POINT OF VIEW”.

 

  • September 19 – September 22, 2018:   Coach Rozy Performance – National Hay Association National Conference – Kansas City, MO – Coach Rozy will be in Kansas City, MO to present to National Hay (Alfalfa) Ass. on fitness, health and working pain free.

 

  • SAPA – Yankton, SD – Monthly – Coach Rozy is working with SAPA Staff every month to help eliminate pain and injury by moving right and adding corrective exercise into their daily life.
