Session #1 – 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm

Session #2 – 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm

M-T-W-TH  

Sessions can be set up for 2x a week – 3x a week – 4x a week  

Sessions are set up for Fall, Winter and Spring Off-Season Training

  • May 23, 2019:   Coach Rozy Performance – Live Pain Free; Siemens Innovations, Orlando FL  “Scan Pain Free: Interactive Movement Training to Relieve Pain for Sonographers”.  Coach Rozy will be in Orlando to  speak at Siemens’s Innovations for the 4th Straight Year to share on Sonographers can LIVE PAIN FREE by doing simply, but effective, movements only a few minutes a day to work, live and play without pain.
