Taking Sign-Ups NOW for Coach Rozy Performance SPRING OFF-SEASON TRAINING SESSIONS!

Sessions begin Monday, March 15, 2021 and run for 8 Weeks to Thursday May 6, 2021.

You can pick 2x a week, 3x a week or 4x a week training sessions.  All sessions start at 3:45 pm and run for an hour, until 4:45 pm.  For boys and girls 7th to 12th grade – all sports.

PREPARE FOR YOUR SUMMER ACTIVITIES or GET A JUMP ON YOUR SUMMER PERFORMANCE TRAINING.  Mobility, Flexibility, Stability, Power, Strength, Conditioning, Speed, Agility and Corrective Exercise are included in the program to take your performance to peak levels.
