Metabolic Circuit

1] Squat Jumps – x20, x15, x10

2] Dips – x20, x15, x10

3] KB/DB Swings – x20, x15, x10

4] Medicine Ball Slams – x20, x15, x10

 

Unilateral Circuit

1] Split Squats – x15ea, x10ea

2] Single-Arm Floor Press – x15ea, x10ea

3] Single-Leg RDL – x15ea, x10ea

4] Single-Arm Bent-Over Row – x15ea, x10ea
