Circuit: 5-8 Rounds – 1min-2min Rest Between Rounds

1] Goblet Squat – x10

2] Box Jumps – x10

3] DB Military Press – x10

4] Medicine Ball Slams – x10

5] Good Mornings – x10

6] Kettlebell Swings – x10

7] Bent-Over DB Rows – x10

8] TRX W’s – x10

9] Plank with Toe Taps – x10ea

10] 1-Minute Jog
