Coach Rozy’s WINTER OFF-SEASON

2021-2022 Training 

Coach Rozy Performance – Powered by AVERA Sports, is offering our WINTER OFF-SEASON Performance Program – running from Monday, November 29, 2021 until March 18, 2022; 14 weeks of training.

Starting  MONDAY – NOVEMEBER 29, 2021, athletes in the region will have the option of training two, three or four days a week at Coach Rozy Performance – located at the Field House on Mount Marty University Campus.

MOVEMENT SKILLS FOR LIFE

Coach Rozy’s JR. PROGRAM – MOVEMENT SKILLS FOR LIFE, is our program for youth; Boys and Girls 3rd Grade to 6th Grade.  

Working on the 12 basic movement skills, the program helps kids looking to move into athletics, but also helps youth learn to move, feel good about their bodies and develop self confidence that helps them throughout their life – even if athletics isn’t their “cup of tea”!  We know that kids that learn to move feel better about doing fitness, health activities and living a a more active lifestyle as they age.  THIS PROGRAM IS FOR ALL YOUTH – NOT JUST ATHLETES!

Coach Rozy’s Return 2 Play (R2P) Program

This program is for individuals that are looking to return back to their activity and sport from some type of injury or problem. We begin working with you to plan your unique post therapy program while you are still with the doctor and in physical therapy. We work with the TEAM to develop a plan that is right for you.

Program Goals

  • Reduce the risk of re-injury and future problems
  • Teach proper ways to prepare to move, speed up, slow down and change direction
  • Strengthen your total body by training movement and not muscle
  • Provide sport specific metabolic conditioning

Program Schedule

  • Times can be scheduled with Coach Rozy and his coaching staff
