10 WEEKS OF PEAK PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Starting  Tuesday, May 27, 2025, athletes in the area will have the chance to take part in Coach Rozy Performance – Powered by AVERA Sports Yankton  2025 SUMMER TRAINING and lay the groundwork for their 2025-2026 Sport Seasons. 

Sessions run

Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday       (Check you school sign-up form for times)

Prepare now for your sport.  Sign-up forms are available now for the SUMMER PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS.

Program is for boys and girls in the 6th to 12th grade.   

Jr. Program

2x a Week; check you location for times and days that will be offered. 

Each session is 45 minutes and includes booklets for the CHAMPION ZONE that will be covered with each Jr. Program Athlete.

 Sessions in Yankton are held at Coach Rozy Performance – located at the Field House on Mount Marty University Campus.

JR. PROGRAM & CHAMPION ZONE:

MOVEMENT SKILLS FOR LIFE

Coach Rozy’s JR. PROGRAM – MOVEMENT SKILLS FOR LIFE, is our program for youth; Boys and Girls 3rd Grade to 6th Grade.  

Working on the 12 basic movement skills, the program helps kids looking to move into athletics, but also helps youth learn to move, feel good about their bodies and develop self confidence that helps them throughout their life – even if athletics isn’t their “cup of tea”!  We know that kids that learn to move feel better about doing fitness, health activities and living a a more active lifestyle as they age.  THIS PROGRAM IS FOR ALL YOUTH – NOT JUST ATHLETES! 

THIS YEAR COACH ROZY PERFORMANCE-Powered by AVERA Sports Yankton has also teamed up with the AVERA FOUNDATION to offer our

CHAMPION ZONE PLAY BOOK and PROGRAM. 

The program is 10 weeks and works with kids in the Jr. Program to help them develop the body, mind and soul of a Champion and works on what it takes to enter into the Champion Zone!

Coach Rozy’s Return 2 Play (R2P) Program

This program is for individuals that are looking to return back to their activity and sport from some type of injury or problem. We begin working with you to plan your unique post therapy program while you are still with the doctor and in physical therapy. We work with the TEAM to develop a plan that is right for you.

Program Goals

  • Reduce the risk of re-injury and future problems
  • Teach proper ways to prepare to move, speed up, slow down and change direction
  • Strengthen your total body by training movement and not muscle
  • Provide sport specific metabolic conditioning

Program Schedule

  • Times can be scheduled with Coach Rozy and his coaching staff
