COACH ROZY PERFORMANCE OFFERS OFF-SEASON TRAINING

Coach Rozy’s Spring 2021 Training 

Coach Rozy Performance – Powered by AVERA Sports, is offering our Spring Program – running from Monday, March 1, 2021 until the first week in May; Thursday, May 6, 2021.

Starting Monday, March 1, 2021, athletes will have the option of training 2x-3x or 4x a week.  The program will run through Thursday, May 6, 2021.  We will also be offering a 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm start time.

Training times are:

3:45 pm to 4:45 pm

Each day the athlete will train mobility and movement, SAQ work (Speed-Agility-Quickness) on our turf/track area, do strength – power and resistance training in our weight room with 18 racks which lets us train large groups in an area where we can maintain distancing while they workout.

ALSO OFFERING OUR JR. PROGRAM:

MOVEMENT SKILLS FOR LIFE

Coach Rozy’s JR. PROGRAM – MOVEMENT SKILLS FOR LIFE, is our program for youth; Boys and Girls 3rd Grade to 6th Grade.  The program is 7 weeks; starting March 16, 2021 and going every Tuesday and Thursday. up until the end of April; wrapping up Thursday, April 29, 2021.

Working on the 12 basic movement skills, the program helps kids looking to move into athletics, but also helps youth learn to move, feel good about their bodies and develop self confidence that helps them throughout their life – even if athletics isn’t their “cup of tea”!  We know that kids that learn to move feel better about doing fitness, health activities and living a a more active lifestyle as they age.  THIS PROGRAM IS FOR ALL YOUTH – NOT JUST ATHLETES!

Coach Rozy’s Return 2 Play (R2P) Program

This program is for individuals that are looking to return back to their activity and sport from some type of injury or problem. We begin working with you to plan your unique post therapy program while you are still with the doctor and in physical therapy. We work with the TEAM to develop a plan that is right for you.

Program Goals

  • Reduce the risk of re-injury and future problems
  • Teach proper ways to prepare to move, speed up, slow down and change direction
  • Strengthen your total body by training movement and not muscle
  • Provide sport specific metabolic conditioning

Program Schedule

  • Times can be scheduled with Coach Rozy and his coaching staff
