Increasing Vertical Jump!
Jumping ability is not only an inmportant attribute to athlete’s success on the field of play, it is also an important testing measure when being evaluated by collegiate programs.

Sometimes, a vertical jump test may even effect scholarship dollars.

Below is an easy complex to quickly increase an athlete’s vertical jump in preparation for sport or testing.

Lower Body Power Complex – 3-5 Rounds Per Session – 2 Days Per Week – 4 Total Weeks

 

 

 

1. Goblet Squat – 40% of Bodyweight – 7 Reps

2. Dumbbell Squat Jumps – 20% of Bodyweight – 5 Reps

3. Squat Jumps – Unweighted – 3 Reps
