Performance Academies

Coach Rozy’s Performance Academies

In our Performance Academies, athletes work in small groups with coaches to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.

Performance training academies and programs for individuals and teams are available year-round to support your athlete in reaching their performance goals, and available for all sports and activities: Football, Soccer, Baseball, Hockey, Lacrosse, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Golf, Track & Field, Field Hockey, Swimming, Rugby and more.

Training also includes nutrition information when needed, recovery, corrective and regeneration techniques to improve performance and educate young athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices can improve their overall performance.

Academies Schedule

  • Monday & Wednesday – 6:30 am to 7:30 am
  • Tuesday & Thursday – 6:45 am to 7:45 am
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Coach Rozy’s Return to Play Program

This program is for individuals that are looking to return back to their activity and sport from some type of injury or problem. We begin working with you to plan your unique post therapy program while you are still with the doctor and in physical therapy. We work with the TEAM to develop a plan that is right for you.

Program Goals

  • Reduce the risk of re-injury and future problems
  • Teach proper ways to prepare to move, speed up, slow down and change direction
  • Strengthen your total body by training movement and not muscle
  • Provide sport specific metabolic conditioning

Program Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday – 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm and Friday – 6:45 am to 7:45 am
  • Other times can be scheduled with Coach Rozy and his coaching staff
