BERESFORD SUMMER PROGRAM

Coach Rozy Summer Upper Level Beresford 2019

For Boys and Girls 7th to 12th Grade that are in the Beresford Area Athletes taking part in training program at Beresford High School.  All programs in Beresford will be at the High School.  This program is for 10  weeks – 4x a week; M-T-W-Th.  Session 1 is from  6:30 am – 8:00 am and Session 2 is from 7:45 am – 9:15 am.  Sessions run 1 1/2 hours in length.

Coach Rozy Summer Beresford Jr. Program – MSFL 2019

For Boys and Girls 3rd to 6th Grade.  This is a great place to learn Movement Skills for Life (MSFL) that can help kids improve fitness and performance as well as develop health habits that last a lifetime!   All programs in Beresford will be at Beresford High School.  This program is for 10 weeks – M-W at 9:30 am to 10:15 am.  Sessions are 45 min. in length.

CEDAR CATHOLIC – HARTINGTON PUBLIC SUMMER PROGRAM

COACH ROZY PERFORMANCE CAMP CEDAR CATHOLIC-HARTINGTON PUBLIC – 2019 SUMMER SIGN-UP 

For Boys and Girls 7th to 12th Grade that are Athletes in the Hartington Area taking part in training program at Cedar Catholic High School.  All programs in Hartington will be at Cedar Catholic.  This program is for 10  weeks – 4x a week; M-T-W-Th.  Session is from  6:30 am – 8:00 am.  Session run 1 1/2 hours in length.

CENTERVILLE SUMMER PROGRAM

COACH ROZY PERFORMANCE CAMP CENTERVILLE – 2019 SUMMER SIGN-UP

For Boys and Girls 7th to 12th Grade that are Athletes in Centerville High School.  The program will be offered at Centerville High School.  This program is for 10  weeks – 4x a week; M-T-W-Th.  Session is from  6:30 am – 8:00 am.  Session run 1 1/2 hours in length.

For Boys and Girls 7th to 12th Grade that are Elk Point – Jefferson Athletes taking part in the EPAC SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM.  All programs offered will be at the Elk Point High School.   This program is for 10  weeks – 4x a week; M-T-W-Th 9:30 am – 11:00 am.  Session run 1 1/2 hours in length.

For Boys and Girls 7th to 12th Grade that are Freeman Athletes taking part in training program at Freeman High School.  All programs in Freeman will be at the High School.  This program is for 10  weeks – 4x a week; M-T-W-Th.  Session 1 is from  6:30 am – 8:00 am.  Sessions run 1 1/2 hours in length.

For Boys and Girls 7th to 12th Grade that are Gayville-Volin Athletes taking part in training program in Gayville.  All programs in Gayville will be at the High School.  This program is for 10  weeks – 4x a week; M-T-W-Th 6:30 am – 7:30 am – 8:30 am – 9:30 am or 10:30 am.  Session run 1 1/2 hours in length.

For Boys and Girls 7th to 12th Grade that are Niobrara – Verdigre – Santee Athletes taking part in the SANTEE WELLNESS SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM.  All programs offered will be at the Niobrara School.  Transportation will be provided by Santee Wellness Center each day from Santee for those taking part in the summer program.   This program is for 10  weeks – 4x a week; M-T-W-Th 6:30 am – 8:00 am.  Session run 1 1/2 hours in length.

 COACH ROZY PERFORMANCE – JR. PROGRAM – SANTEE:NIOBRARA – 2019 SUMMER SIGN-UP

For Boys and Girls 7th to 12th Grade that are Yankton Athletes taking part in training program in Yankton.  All programs in Yankton will be at the SUMMIT CENTER, 1801 Summit St., Yankton SD 57078.  This program is for 10  weeks – 4x a week; M-T-W-Th with 5 different start times; 6:30 am – 7:30 am – 8:30 am – 9:30 am or 10:30 am.  Sessions run 1 1/2 hours in length.

Coach Rozy Summer Yankton Jr. Program – MSFL 2019

For Boys and Girls 3rd to 7th Grade.   7th graders can either do the Upper Level or Jr. Program – we suggest the Jr. Program for those young boys and girls that are getting into sports but may have never trained before.  This is a great place to learn Movement Skills for Life (MSFL) that can help kids improve fitness and performance as well as develop health habits that last a lifetime!   All programs in Yankton will be at the SUMMIT CENTER, 1801 Summit St., Yankton SD 57078.  This program is for 10 weeks – M-W at 9:30 am to 10:15 am or T-Th at 11:00 am to 11:45 am.  Sessions are 45 min. in length.

2019 Yankton Summer Flyer – Non Yankton Athlete

For Boys and Girls 7th to 12th Grade that are NON-Yankton Athletes taking part in training program in Yankton.  All programs in Yankton will be at the SUMMIT CENTER, 1801 Summit St., Yankton SD 57078.   This program is for 10  weeks – 4x a week; M-T-W-Th with 5 different start times; 6:30 am – 7:30 am – 8:30 am – 9:30 am or 10:30 am.  Sessions run 1 1/2 hours in length.

Coach Rozy’s In-Season Training 

In Coach Rozy’s In-Season Performance Training, Rozy and his staff come TO YOU and train athletes at YOUR SCHOOL.  Teams and groups work with certified, high level coaches to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.  Each session is COACHED and ELITE LEVEL TRAINING is achieved.  IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A WEIGHT ROOM “SUPERVISOR” – THIS IS THE WRONG PROGRAM FOR YOU!

Performance training and programs for individuals and teams are available year-round to support your athlete in reaching their performance goals, and available for all sports and activities: Football, Soccer, Baseball, Hockey, Lacrosse, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Golf, Track & Field, Field Hockey, Swimming, Rugby and more.

Training also includes nutrition information when needed, recovery, corrective and regeneration techniques to improve performance and educate young athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices can improve their overall performance.

Coach Rozy’s Return 2 Play (R2P) Program

This program is for individuals that are looking to return back to their activity and sport from some type of injury or problem. We begin working with you to plan your unique post therapy program while you are still with the doctor and in physical therapy. We work with the TEAM to develop a plan that is right for you.

Program Goals

  • Reduce the risk of re-injury and future problems
  • Teach proper ways to prepare to move, speed up, slow down and change direction
  • Strengthen your total body by training movement and not muscle
  • Provide sport specific metabolic conditioning

Program Schedule
