COACH ROZY PERFORMANCE

Coach Rozy Performance – Powered by AVERA Sports Yankton, is excited to be teaming up with Mount Marty College and being located in the new “RUTH DONOHOE FIRST DAKOTA FIELDHOUSE”.   

The new location opened August of 2020.  It is located on the west side of Mt. Marty campus, on West 8th St. in Yankton, SD.  The new Coach Rozy Performance Facility has over 3000 square feet of weight room area, an eight lane, 200 meter track, 40 yds of indoor turf, 2 basketball courts as well as a number of other amenities to achieve peak performance for all ages and fitness levels.

Mt Marty University is located in toward the south and west of the City of Yankton.  It’s west of AVERA Scared Heart Hospital.  The address is 1105 W. 8th St. in Yankton, SD 57078.

Once on campus, the Ruth Donohue First Dakota Field House is located on the west side of campus.  Once you are in the parking lot of the Field House, (which is on the north side of the building) continue toward the WEST END of the field house.  You will see two doors at the west end with the AVERA logo above the door (Photo #1).  As you approach, you’ll see the Coach Rozy – Powered by AVERA Sports logo on our door.

Come into the building and look to your left.  You’ll see the Coach Rozy logo on the glass doors that bring you into the weight room.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRAINING FACILITY:  The Coach Rozy Training Facility is equipped with and has available:

  • 3000+ Square Feet of Weight Room
  • 18 Sorinex and Rogue Racks
  • 200 meter, 8 lane track
  • 40 yd indoor turfed area to work on change of direction, speed drills, mobility work and sport specific movements
  • 2 Basketball Courts
  • Resistance training and movement activity equipment and area; 10 Rogue Sleds, 10 Multi height plyo boxes
  • TRX Suspension Training System
  • Free Weights – Bumper Plates, Dumbbells
