2021 FALL OFF-SEASON TRAINING

13 WEEKS:  August 23, 2021 to November 18, 2021

Join Coach Rozy and Staff for 13 weeks of performance training for athletes preparing for Winter Sports and not involved in Fall Activities.

You can’t work hard for the summer and take the fall off!  Join us for 13 weeks of training.  We have options for 2x – 3x – 4x a week of training.  Fall training begins Monday, August 23, 2021 and runs for 13 weeks until Thursday, November 18, 2021.

Speed, Power, Strength, Mobility, Conditioning, Corrective, Improved Work Capacity, Quickness and Agility are all developed to the highest level.
