WINTER OFF-SEASON TRAINING PROGRAM

Join Coach Rozy and Staff as they take athletes, 7th grade to 12th grade – boys and girls, through Total Strength & Conditioning programs from Monday, November 29, 2021 through March 18, 2022.  14 weeks of training to ELEVATE YOUR PERFORMANCE TO NEW LEVELS.

Sessions are M – T – W – Th from 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm.  You can pick from a 2x a week session, 3x a week or 4x a week training program.  We’re here to work with you, your schedule and help you to achieve the highest level of performance for your sport.  It’s not always about just “weight training”.  Our Total Training includes flexiblity, moblity, stabillity, conditioning, improved speed, change of direction, work capacity, power, strength, muscular endurance and more.  No matter the sport, from track & field, distance runners, baseball players, football players to cheer and dance – Coach Rozy Performance is here to help you reach your peak performance.

All training is at Coach Rozy’s facility at the Mount Marty University Ruth Donohue First Dakota Field House on 8th St. (West of Campus)

  • Drive to west end of the parking lot – look for the AVERA sign above the door and COACH ROZY logo on the door.
