Hi Coach Rozy, My son wanted me to give you an update on his progress. On Dec 16, 2021 he struggled benching 275, yesterday Jan 4, 2022 he struggled but put 305 after a light workout. 30 pounds in a little over 2 weeks. He worked out hard over the break, but like I told him "It is tough to workout hard by yourself". He lifted with me - I also told him, "You need a lifting buddy that can push you". Thank you, CJ
