Warning: (Holiday) Danger Ahead! The Coach Rozy 30 Day Holiday Fitness Challenge!

Happy Motivational Monday!
I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving holiday and the weekend festivities. If you are like most people, you probably had to loosen the notch on your belt from all that feasting… am I right??
I see this time and time again during the holiday season. People overindulge. They go for another round of the holiday feast with a side of gravy. They go for seconds on the holiday pie… then thirds.
We know we shouldn’t – but we also know that this time of year, we plan to be party, eat, drink and be merry. While we engage. We keep in the back of our mind that the New Year is coming up – and THEN we will get on track. THEN we will start working on our goals. WE’LL WAIT FOR THE NEW YEAR.
The problem is, New Year’s comes around and most folks all make the short lived resolution to lose all the weight they gained from November-December.
But not you. Not this time.
Being the achiever that you are, let’s be one step ahead of the game this holiday season.
Action for today:
My challenge to you today is this:
Today, when faced with a choice, first ask yourself this question:
“What would happen if I did this EVERY DAY for the next year?”
Let’s be frank here. Would you still do it?
This is how you separate those habits that compound into good vs the habits that compound into disaster.
I have a couple challenges for you. One – just for today, to ask yourself that question before every choice you take. Try it. See the difference in how you feel and the impact that choice makes on your day.
